This policy explains what personal data Buildevia collects through this website, why, and what rights you have.
Data we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message, used only to reply to you.
- Downloads. We count how many times each product is downloaded. The count is not linked to you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use a single technical session cookie that protects our forms against abuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Donations
Donations are handled by third parties such as PayPal or a blockchain network. We never receive or store your card details. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with our hosting provider, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to us. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
